Weirdest/ rarest handheld game you own?
One of the great things about the handheld console market is that there are all kinds of small games that are developed for it and released in small numbers - the DS especially. There are some niche as all heck gems on that device.
So what would you say is the most "unique" game that you own?
For me I have a Nobunaga's Ambition and Romance of the Three Kingdoms game on the DS - both Japanese language and I am very disappointed that these weren't released in the west.
That and Love Plus

I would love a Nobunaga or Romance title - but in Japanese I couldn't read them.
Probably Project X Zone or Corpse Party (I have both) would qualify as my most 'unusual' titles for the 3DS or PSP respectively.

Yep, you absolutley have to be able to read the language to play a Romance/ Nobunaga's game

Before the western release I probably would have said any of the five Starfy games. Clearly they were popular enough to warrant a stateside release and four sequels though. Or maybe not...been waiting since '08 for #6 :\ Maybe Windy X Windam.

Embarrassing admission time - I've never played a Starfy game.

Can't blame you too much since there's only The Legendary Starfy in Australia and you're probably not gonna import or scour Akihabara for platformers of all things. You might appreciate its particular brand of charm though. Alternate between Kirby-esque mechanics and those of a traditional platformer (occasionally fusing them) in semi-open environments and throw in some silly dialogue for good measure and you've more or less got Starfy. The games do vary in quality but the third one on GBA is one of my favorite...anythings.
