Do you use a music subscription service?
Since signing up for Music Unlimited, I haven't felt the need to buy a single music CD or iTunes download (side from those time a really good busker has a $5 CD that he made at home - I buy some of those).
I can't wait for films (we don't have Netflix down here) and games to adopt similar consumption models, because I much rather spend $10/ month for unlimited music, than buy one CD per month.
Does anyone else use these services? Spotify or something other than Music Unlimited, perhaps? Which one do you use, and why?

I do not. I dislike the idea of not having access to something just because I stop paying them money. It's also why I prefer to buy movies rather than stream them, and I try to avoid using PS+ as anything more than a rental service, with full intent of purchasing the games I like when I can.

I don't use any services like that. I have plenty of music on my Ipod, and I'm fine with downloading some songs off of Itunes every couple of months if I want something different.

I pay for Pandora. It gives me a good variety and allows me to find artists I never would have found otherwise. I don't buy from iTunes or other DL service. I get CD's from the dirt mall and rip them.

I (for the time being) pay the $10 for Spotify Unlimited/Premium/whateveritscalled.
Essentially, I can stream a variety of songs (there are very few artists who aren't on Spotify) to my PC or iPhone (with unlimited data plans, this works nicely) and there are no ads. It's a nice way to support the artists I like. Other than that, I listen to a lot of video game music, which I either get through bundles, buy from Bandcamp, or stream on YouTube.

I'm the same as Canis and Chalgyr but would actually consider subscribing if:
a) Any services had access to half the artists I enjoy
b) I had some kind of unlimited bandwidth plan to stream them on my phone (and a better phone for that matter)

I must admit one of the problems with Music Unlimited is the lack of Japanese artists. If there was a service that did that better I would consider making the jump.

The only subscription services I use is Netflix for movies and Gamefly for video games. I especially like Gamefly cause not only can I rent games from them but as a memeber I can buy games from them too at really good prices. Plus I can get free PC games to download and keep.
As music goes I just use the free version of Pandora and that I mainly listen to on my way to and from work.
