I figured it would be popular, but man - I wasn't prepared for it to become the most heavily used system out of the new consoles. My son got some time in on PS4 playing Call of Duty: Ghosts, and my oldest daughter played some Zumba and Peggle 2 on the Xbox One, but the Wii U has been getting hit with Windwaker by my youngest, Monster Hunter from my son, Just Dance for my oldest and all three plus my wife have been enjoying Disney Infinite as well. The off-tv play has been very popular with my son as well. What are your favorite Wii U games? Similar experiences or does it not get nearly so much use in your neck of the woods?

Same thing here. I got a Wii U for my brother last week and he has been playing non stop since then. Even my Mom that never plays games has been playing Mario 3D World with my brother. The one that my brother plays the most is the Windwaker. I played some Mario and Monster Hunter. I'm getting Wonderful 101, Warriors Orochi 3 and Pandoras Tower this week.

When I got my PS4 nobody cared. My brother doesn't like any game on it and he only played Contrast, but I got him a Wii U and the last time I saw him that exited was back when I first got a Nintendo DS. I'm guessing the 3D's will be the next big thing in my house.

LOL! Funny to see that trend elsewhere. My son was super-excited for the PS4 because he likes his FPS titles, and my oldest likes the Kinect on the Xbox One for the dancing games, but the Wii U has dwarfed them all. I picked up Mario 3D on Friday and the system's been running almost non-stop since. My son was laying on the floor where the tablet was plugged in, so he didn't have to stop and charge.

@Chalgyr You should consider getting this so he won't have to charge as often. Smile

You know, i've looked at that for this very reason. Just wasn't sure how good they were or weren't, but I suspect that might be a thing given the mileage that system is getting already. Thanks Canis!
